You're proba lt screwed on the possesions even if you get the will


Contested unless someone had an inventory of his stuff, which I doubt exists. Even if it does, she could claim he gave some or even all if the items to her before he passed.

I'd act quickly to get this in front of a judge. Probate takes away, but a big concern is the bank accounts. If she was added to the bank account(s), legally that money is hers now even if the will gets contested. You'd probably have to prove he was in no mental condition to sign the will and add her to the accounts. That's really hard at this point.

The land and house are your best chance to get anything by contesting the will and even that would be hard. It sucks but she's probably ten steps ahead if you and is going to get away with it.
